A graduate of Boston University with a Master’s Degree in Education, she began her professional career working with autistic children. After marrying her husband Dave, she was introduced to the challenge and allure of the business world through his successful Rocky Mountain-based sports marketing business. Coleen added to that organization with a new division and client base of sports apparel and accessories. Those efforts succeded adding substantially to the company’s bottom line.
Ready for a new challenge, Coleen moved to California in the early 80's and entered the Real Estate Business with her running shoes on. As an associate and understudy to one of the most successful agents in the Newport area she gained the knowledge and experience needed to compete on her own in the high-end market.
Among Coleen's business accomplishments is her consistent placement in the top 1% of agent sales, numerous awards and recognitions and a member of the Prudential Chairman's Circle Platinum level and has been designated as a Luxury Property Specialist. But the most rewarding aspect of her business life has been the many satisfied buyers and sellers she's had the opportunity to work with, many she counts among her friends.
Waterfront Specialist. Coleen Brennan built her dream home on the bay and understands the needs and special considerations waterfront living demands. She learned to sail on the East Coast. She and her husband, Dave have raced everything from “Beer Can Races” to the local infamous “Newport Ensenada Race”. They have even won every major regatta in Southern California. After owning eleven sailboats Coleen got to the pick the next one and settled on a Grand Banks. It was the perfect boat for Newport. She took her clients to the Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parades, harbor tours and waterfront restaurants. “Living on the water is so very special and has so much to offer” states Brennan.
Staying physically and mentally fit help her to maintain a high energy level in order to get the most out of each day, attributes she credits to keeping her top producing disposition. On most mornings you'll see her running around Balboa Island getting ready for the challenges of the day ahead, often with cell phone in hand setting up appointments and coordinating with her team.

Craig's Bio
Craig specializes in representing companies in all aspects of commercial real estate leasing and sales. He uses his strong negotiating skills, market knowledge and nearly a decade of experience to achieve extremely competitive terms for his clients. Prudential California Realty staffs an in-house Research and Marketing Group supporting him with all the tools necessary to operate effectively in commercial real estate. Using a "Team" approach when necessary, Craig selects individuals with the expertise to successfully complete specific labor intensive assignments from start to finish. By having a diverse business background and creative approach, he can provide his clients with expert representation in all aspects of commercial real estate. Craig chooses to concentrate on office, medical, industrial and retail property. He is working on his CCIM designation, an advanced degree held only by 6% of the estimated 100,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide. CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) is a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. Although Craig misses his native hometown of Chicago, he relocated here six years ago to live Oceanside year-round with sunshine, and to buy, sell and lease commercial property.
